Mr Elliot Mashau brings more than 25 years of experience in South Africa’s infrastructure sector. Before establishing Rathishaulin (Pty) Ltd in 2021, he spent 24 years with Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, where he held senior positions in the Land Development Department, including Survey and Mapping, Asset Management, and Environmental Management.
His experience includes servitude acquisition, land rights negotiations, surveying and mapping, property rights investigations, environmental compliance, relocation and resettlement, stakeholder engagement, professional services contract management, and multidisciplinary infrastructure project support.
